Faiza has a deep passion for equity for the 2SLGBTQIAPS+ community. She has a proven track record in grant writing, fundraising communications, and donor engagement, having secured over $25,000 in funding for various grassroots initiatives aimed at improving the lives of 2SLGBTQIAPS+ folks.

Besides her involvement in non profit organizations, Faiza is a PhD trained biochemist, and she specializes in protein structure determination.
