Andrea is a proud gay woman, community advocate, and HR professional based in Ancaster. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. 

With a passion for equity and inclusion, she brings both strategic insight and heartfelt commitment to her role on the Pride Hamilton Board of Directors. By day, she works at McMaster University, supporting people and processes in support of McMaster's commitment to a Brighter World. At home, she enjoys life with her wife, their son, and two beloved Westies!
